These terms apply to all visitors, users and customers of TheNetBasket. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

• •All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
• •Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual products may vary slightly in appearance due to natural variation in agricultural products.
• •We strive to display accurate product weights, descriptions and nutritional information. However, minor variations may occur due to the natural nature of our products.
• •We reserve the right to limit quantities of any product sold to any one customer.

• •All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes (GST).
• •Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of placing the order.
• •We accept payments through credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, digital wallets (via Razorpay) and Cash on Delivery (COD).
• •COD orders attract a nominal convenience fee of ₹20–₹40 depending on order value and location.
• •In case of payment failure, your order will not be confirmed. Please contact support if your account was debited but the order was not placed.

• •An order placed on our website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products at the specified price.
• •Order confirmation via email/SMS does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs upon dispatch of the products.
• •We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including cases of pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.
• •In case of order cancellation by TheNetBasket, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

• •Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control including courier delays, weather conditions and public holidays.
• •Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery.
• •If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, re-delivery charges will apply.

• •We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for products that are damaged, defective, or not as described.
• •Products that have been consumed, opened without quality issues, or returned after 7 days are not eligible for refund.
• •Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–7 business days of receiving the returned product.

• •You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• •You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating your account.
• •You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and make purchases on TheNetBasket.
• •We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used for fraudulent purposes.

All content on the TheNetBasket website — including but not limited to text, images, logos, product descriptions, graphics and software — is the intellectual property of TheNetBasket and is protected by Indian copyright law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission from TheNetBasket.

• •TheNetBasket shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
• •Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the order giving rise to the claim.
• •We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure) including natural disasters, government actions or courier disruptions.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
