7-Day No-Questions-Asked Return Policy
If you receive a product that is damaged, wrong, or doesn't meet our quality standards, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange a free pickup and process a full refund to your original payment method.
How to Return — Step by Step

Email info@thenutbasket.com or call +91 92637 94931 within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
We Review
Our quality team reviews your request within 24 hours and confirms eligibility. We may ask for additional photos if needed.
Pickup Arranged
For eligible returns, we arrange a free pickup from your doorstep through our courier partner. No need to visit any store.
Refund Processed
Once we receive and inspect the product, your refund is processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
Eligible for Return
- Wrong product delivered (different from what was ordered)
- Damaged or broken packaging received
- Product quality does not match description
- Products with tampered or open seals
- Expired or near-expiry products delivered
- Missing items from an order
Not Eligible for Return
- Products that have been consumed or partially consumed
- Returns requested after 7 days from delivery
- Opened products with no quality issues
- Damage caused after delivery by customer
- Products purchased during final sale or clearance
