Orders placed before 3:00 PM on working days are dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM are dispatched the following working day.

Shipping FAQs
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 3:00 PM (IST) on working days are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays are dispatched the next working day.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email with your tracking ID and courier partner name. You can use this to track your package in real time on the courier's website or app.
What if I am not home during delivery?
Our courier partners will attempt delivery twice. If both attempts fail, the package will be held at the nearest courier hub for 3–5 days. You can contact us or the courier to reschedule delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within India. We are working on international shipping and hope to launch it soon. Please subscribe to our newsletter to get notified when international shipping becomes available.
What happens if my package is delayed?
While delays are rare, they can occur due to weather, public holidays or logistic issues. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact our support team at info@thenutbasket.com or call +91 92637 94931.
